A 45 minute full body workout class with strength training is a challenging and dynamic fitness experience that targets all major muscle groups in the body. The class typically starts with a warm-up to get the blood flowing and prepare the muscles for the workout ahead. The class then moves into a series of strength-training exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows, to help build and tone muscles. The instructor may use props like dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands to add resistance and challenge. The class also incorporates short bursts of cardio to help elevate the heart rate and burn calories. The class ends with a cool down and stretching to prevent injury and promote flexibility.
