The instructor will then lead the class through a series of kickboxing combinations, including punches, kicks, knee strikes, and footwork, using either shadowboxing or punching bags. Throughout the class, the instructor will offer modifications for different fitness levels, and motivate the class to keep up the pace. Finally, the class will cool down with some additional stretching and relaxation exercises.
